This choice: Madeline, a 40 year old woman with a constipation issue • Go Back... Tucking the shrink ray underneath her scrubs, Debbie entered the emergency room. Upon entry, she observed a middle-aged brunette lying on the bed in a hospital gown, with her clothes folded nicely on a chair. "Hello, are you Madeline Cooper?" Debbie asked, reading through the chart in front of her.

"Yep, that's me," Madeline said. She was clearly not in a good mood, but then again no one who came into the emergency room ever was. One of her hands was placed low on her stomach and she occasionally grimaced her face as if she was in pain.
Irina then entered the room, pushing a carrying a tablet. "Dr. Horn will be in soon, he's got a critical patient in Room 9," she said, before looking up to see both Madeline and Debbie starring at her. "Oh, sorry for interrupting."
"It's not a problem," Madeline said, still clenching her stomach.
Debbie smiled at Irina then turned her attention back to her patient. "Mrs. Cooper my name is Debbie and I'll be your nurse. This is Irina our PCT. It looks like you're having some severe stomach pains."
"Well," Madeline said, looking down in embarrassment. "This is so humiliating but I'm actually very constipated right now. I haven't pooped in about two or three days and I'm just in a lot of pain." Debbie observed Irina make a face in disgust upon hearing this that she tried to hide, but ultimately did not do a very good job.
"Alright do you have an emergency contact?" Debbie asked.
"Yes, my husband Jeremy should be here in about a half an hour," Madeline responded. Debbie continued to review the chart while Irina made notes on the laptop. The silence was broken by a deep grumble coming from Madeline's stomach. "Fuck, it hurts," she moaned.
"Mrs. Cooper, we'll have the doctor in here soon," Irina said.
"Thank you, I just feel gross being so backed up."
Debbie, meanwhile, had put together a plan to use the shrinking device. This would give her a chance to play god, test the shrinking device, and help a patient all at once. "Well Mrs. Cooper, I haven't confirmed with the doctor but I think the best way to proceed is to take a look inside and see what the blockage is," Debbie said. She watched as Irina made another not so subtle face upon hearing this.
"Are you gonna stick a camera up there?" Madeline moaned. "That sounds really painful."
"Well actually we have a new piece of technology that will allow us to see up there," Debbie said with a bit of a smirk.
Irina looked at her in confusion. "We do?" she asked.
Debbie's plan was coming together. She was going to shrink one of her co-workers to one centimeter tall and then would deposit them up the anus of this patient. She hoped Madeline wouldn't mind, but then again, she appeared to be in so much pain that she would probably be fine with anything.
