Just put Derek in her mouth

Lisa wasn't a monster, she just wanted to scare the living daylights out of her brother. With his spoonfull of cereal and milk in her mouth, she swished him around, trying to see if he tasted any different. Lisa rubbed random pieces of cereal against the roof of her mouth with her tongue, hoping to either scare or catch the tiny Derek.

Derek was panicking. He tried swimming for the only exit he wanted, Lisa's lips, but she would swish the mess around in there before he could reach it. Even when he did, she easily licked him off her lip and back into her hungry mouth. "What did I do to deserve this?" Derek yelled at the owner of the giant mouth he was in. She couldn't even hear him at his size, though.
