This choice: Training With a Supersized Saiyan • Go Back...Chapter #3Training With a Supersized Saiyan by: Haro-Haze   "I assume there's a reason you summoned me here Caulifla? Besides making small talk." Vados smiled, preparing to leave Planet Sadala after being treated to local delicacy by the ruffian Saiyan. Already having a pretty good idea about what the young woman was hoping for.
"What are you? A mind-reader or something? Well, since you asked I was hoping you could bring that Goku guy here for me so I can learn how to reach Super Saiyan 3." Caulifla answers, intending to get stronger a quickly as possible through training with the Universe 7 Saiyan.
"A simple task." Vados stated confidently, holding one hand out flat between her and Caulifla, before pulling her staff out of thin air with the other. The angel quickly spun the staff around, causing the black orb at it's end to shine brightly, turning it's light on the center of her palm.
The light then moved into her cupped hand, taking a humanoid form and transforming into Goku within seconds right in front of Caulifla. Only problem was that he was only an inch tall, disappointing Caulifla greatly, wondering what she could learn from the bug sized Saiyan.
"What's going on her?" Goku asked dumbfounded, looking up at the angel who had summoned him, she kinda looked like Whis and was wearing similar clothes. Vados smiled, nodding with closed eyes to acknowledge Goku's presence in the palm of her hand, before Goku noticed a lingering shadow.
He sensed an odd presence, along with a powerful godly aura emanating from directly behind him. Quickly turning around to see Caulifla's face blown up to immense proportion, brought within mere centimeters of Goku's tiny frame.
"Aaaah!" Goku yelled in shock, falling onto his butt at the very sight of the rebellious Saiyan woman, enacting a joyous giggle from Vados as she watched the scene unfold. "Oh, hello there. You're that Saiyan from universe 6, right? Cauliflower?" Goku asked, having forgotten her in only a few short weeks.
"It's Caulifla!" she yelled, outraged by the fact that she hadn't made a more lasting impression on someone who she'd thrashed so thoroughly, at least while she was merged with Kale as Kefla before his Ultra Instinct saved him. Her defiant scream forcing Goku to cover his ears, the sound echoing in his eardrums even after she'd already closed her mouth.
"Jeez, alright lady." Goku apologized, pulling down his hands in the hopes of getting an answer as to what exactly was going on here. However, when he looked back to where Cauilifa's face was, all he saw was her bare midriff as she had returned to her full height and had begun a new conversation with Vados.
"You've got to be kidding me Vados, is this a joke or something?" Caulifla asked, not finding it very funny if it was. Completely ignoring Goku as she shoved her fists down in anger, stomping her foot into the dirt.
"Of course not, instant transportation between universe's requires some compartmentalization, in Goku's case that means shrinking down to the size he is now. All the same he should still assist you greatly in the task at hand, With his Super Saiyan Blue form and Ultra Instinct techniques, he's too powerful an opponent for you to overcome. This new size should afford you the chance to tip the scales in your favor." Vados explained, leading Caulifla to believe that she'd been underestimated. At her size, she could stomp Goku into the dirt with little to no effort on her part whatsoever.
"Ugh, but does he have to be so pint-sized?" Caulifla asked, wondering what she had to gain from all this.
"I could send him back if this form displeases you. However, it could be weeks before we can arrange for him to come back at proper size." Vados clarified, creating a strobing ball of light around Goku, preparing to send him away.
"Not a chance, now hand him over!" Caulifla objected, holding out her hands together in front of Vados to accept Goku. Willing to take any help she could get in reaching the next level of her training, if nothing else Goku would serve as a well of information for her.
Vados smiled as her ploy reached the exact conclusion she'd expected, the shell encasing Goku vanishing into thin air before tilting her hand sideways, allowing Goku to fall into the female Saiyan's embrace. He tried to fly up, but found himself unable to stop his decent before being caught by Caulifla's waiting hands.
"Now you take good care of him, I'll be back at the end of your training to send him home." Vados announced, taping her staff twice and taking off in a ray of light off world, leaving Caulifla to her own devices. Now in charge of Goku, Caulifla mused over several different ways she could integrate the bug-sized Saiyan into her training schedule.
The first path involved finding out how strong Goku actually was at his new size, forcing him into a sparring match where he has to go all out against her, seeing just how well he could hold his own. Another path involved Goku undergoing some special training of his own to toughen up in preparation to help her, testing his resilience and durability along the way to see if what Vados said was true. Finally, she considered bringing Kale into the mix, so they could both reach Super Saiyan 3 together through training with Goku. Will their combined might prove too much for Goku to endure?
1. Not entirely convinced that Goku is up to the job of training her, Caulifla challenges Goku to a duel, with the winner becoming the other's master. Making him promise not to hold back against her. But will she be the one to underestimate him solely due to his small size?
2. Caulifla says there is no time to waste, acclimating Goku to his new size by forcing him into her shoe, turning him into her personal insole for the duration of a full length training session.
3. Caulifla flies over to where Kale is to shows the tiny Goku to her best friend and honorary sister. Explaining to the nervous woman her plans to fight Goku in a two on one battle, but could Goku still get the best of them with Super Saiyan Blue and the Kaioken?  indicates the next chapter needs to be written. |
