This will be a bit different, as this scenario is pretty linear, it will be more about how it is done. Who the woman is and where she gets the item can be determined by the author upon starting a storyline.
1. The Tome of Weight: The many pages of this thick ancient tome are filled to the brim with spells to make the user fat beyond imagining. Or is it really that simple?
2. Amulet of Hunger: This strange and intricately made amulet allows the wearer to eat as much as they please, without any ill effects. What could possibly happens when they take it off?
3. Ring of Gluttony: a simple ring, probably cursed. Makes the wearer insatiably hungry until they're too full to move. Is it possible to take it off?

4. Glyphs of Adipose: There is a large set of glyphs on this strange book. The only guide to them is where to put them on the body. What could they possibly do?
5. Gaining Genie: You find a genie somewhere, and you get as many wishes as the genie finds interesting, who will stay around as long as they are entertained. The thing is... they know you like fat women, and they're gonna twist stuff to that end.
So, as I kinda hinted, I want there to be weight gain but with some dark undertones. Anyway, make sure to make her nice and plump
