... Lena Luthor, the woman taking one look at the mess the room was in and sighing tiredly 'Well so much for a private place away from the hate' she mutters.
Despite her plan revolving around getting the attention of whoever came into the room now she saw the giantess Kara froze in fear, with her powers gone she hadn't actually been this vulnerable since she was a child on Krypton. Not the best time for this as Lena had spotted her just a moment later.
'What the, you shouldn't be out here' she says under her breath before picking up Kara, her long fingers wrapping around Kara's torso as she's brought up to her face 'So not only has someone wrecked the place they've gone through my things, just fucking great' she pinches the bridge of her nose as her thumb runs along Kara's breasts, getting a whimper from the overly sensitive Kryptonian.
'Lena' Kara meeps, though the woman doesn't appear to have heard her, instead making her way into her room, her hands absently playing with the doll sized superhero
'This shouldn't do at all, you were meant to be our little secret my dear' she coos before bopping Kara in the chest, knocking the wind from her and causing her to choke, outing herself to the giantess 'Oh you...'
'Lena please help' Kara wheezes, quite certain Lena may have damaged a rib or two
The CEO quirks an eyebrow but nods 'Okay, explain'
So Kara does, about the man in the hood and his laser gun which managed to hurt her, how it was him to caused her to crash into Lena's little hidden apartment as well as shrink her, and how she lost her powers and froze up when she saw the enormous giantess that was Lena Luthor. 'Please Lena, I need your help, you're the only one I can turn to' Kara pleads, laying it on a little thick but she couldn't exactly tell her to call Alex or the DEO to help her, they most likely assume Lena had a hand in this and arrest her or worse.
What does Lena do?
1) Worried but also intrigued by the ability of this person's device to shrink even a Kryptonian, Lena smuggles Kara into her private lab in L Corp (how is the choice of the chapter uploader) in order to examine her and try find an antidote/reverse to her shrinkage
2) This takes place just after their little fight so Lena's still angry, therefore she's going to take her anger out on Supergirl before she even considers helping her if at all.
3) Her feelings for the blond, probably combined with her severe abandonment issues see Kara's current situation as a blessing in disguise, deciding to keep Kara with her, fulfilling the role the Supergirl doll had been a placeholder for: someone to care about her and never leave her, someone to really love her and not just use as a means to an end.  indicates the next chapter needs to be written. |
