You look around the your room and find nothing no clues then you start feeling cramps and they are pretty painful.

But remember to change it a few times a day as you first period might be heavy and you could bleed alot, but don't worry sis they will calm down in time and you'll get used to them and more then likely get in sink with me and our mum.
It happened to me when i had my first one and that was about three years ago "i think".
You keeled over in pain so Rose got your mum and she said "your not going to school like this Maddie" don't worry they will understand.
