"Come, my darling. Let's watch something on the TV, hm?" Vanessa offered, lifting up her now plump "niece" and bringing her towards the living room. She plopped Hat Kid in front of the television and turned it on, immediately flipping to a children's cartoon show about a young latino girl traveling the forest with her Monkey sidekick.
Hat Kid enjoyed this very much, and was so enraptured by the program that she wasn't even paying attention to how much she was eating. This was Vanessa's plan, distracting the child with bright lights and childish shows to keep her from realizing how much weight she was putting on.
See, Vanessa didn't just want a child. She wanted a child the size of her mansion, the size of the forest, or even beyond that! Now that she had the child, it was time to make her into the child blob of her dreams.
However, Vanessa had some things to take care of first. Namely, Hat Kid was already running out of food to eat!
Before Hat Kid could finish guzzling the last of her orange juice, she was given a large platter of double fudge cookies, fluffy, buttery pancakes, and chocolate milk. This made Hat Kid very happy, and she ate those up absentmindedly, just as she did her previous meal.
With Hat Kid distracted, Vanessa was able to cast another spell. This one...
