So, you want someone random or I guess no one in your close life. Very smart of you, I guess your really trying to avoid the whole "getting caught" thing.
You get a couple different options now that we're 3 chapters in and I can include more then 2 options
You could check three areas as of right now.

Downtown Core > Includes options such any recreational facilities, special services (Police, Firefighter, Doctors), construction sites, etc.

Main buildings > City Hall, Parks/Stadiums.

Airport > Pilot, Flight attendant, travellers, Lost baggage.

Used Clothing Store > make someone random?

Use a dating app to find potential bodies
