You decided on your own principal, to choose to become the King of your school was a true bold move. But to even accomplish this, you needed to figure out a good plan.

You three options:

You could always talk to him and persuade him to swap. Could tell him it's a way to see his own school in a kid's eyes.

You could find his home and either directly swap or use his wife or sons.

Or use another of the teachers to swap into the Principal
