You were about to shrug it off as a trick of the light until you stared a little closer at the growing shade of red burning through your hairline. It started from your scalp and was slowing snaking its way through your locks, changing your hair from its boring brown to something more lively and fiery.

You stood dumbfounded as the changes swept over you, unable to process the fact that by wearing the necklace, your hair was seemingly changing before your very eyes.
