“Steve, let's just leave!” whispered Janet urgently.
But before anyone in the family could move, the old crone swiftly lifted her walking stick into the air, pointed it directly at the group, and the Donaldson family began to transform.
Steve found himself suddenly shrinking in both height and weight. In the blink of an eye, he became the same size as his daughter Megan. He was now swimming in grossly oversized clothes as the next bit of transformation began to affect him. Steve was horrified as he felt his manhood shrivel up, shrink, and get sucked into his body. Tiny, barely bulging breasts erupted from his now smooth, hairless chest. Shoulder length hair pushed out from his thinning scalp. His face remained mostly the same, but was softer, more rounded, much younger, and visibly girlish. Although his attire had remained the same, Steve was now physically the person he would've been if he was a girl his daughter's age.
Likewise, Megan was undergoing a reverse transformation. Her small t-shirt and shorts were now stretched to the breaking point as her body suddenly became tall, hairy, and a bit paunchy. A fat, middle-aged pot belly now protruded from just above her tiny, girly shorts (which bulged visibly with her newly swollen male genitalia). The hair on Megan's head had largely disappeared into the badly thinning comb-over of a middle aged man. The small breasts she had once had disappeared completely into the flabby folds of her tall, heavyset, male body. Her face was the same – but older, fatter, and more masculine. Her skin looked rougher and darker now, a bit pock marked and with a heavy growth of facial stubble. Megan was now physically the person she would be if she were a middle-aged man.
A similar but inverse transformation now swept Alan. His face also grew older looking and more plump, with a thin tracing of barely visible wrinkles and crow's feet suddenly developing. But there was something femininely mature about Alan's face now. Likewise, his body was undergoing a parallel transformation, becoming a little shorter, a bit fatter (especially around the thighs, hips, and ass), and decidedly more womanly. Alan gasped with audible surprise as enormous mounds of flabby, fat, flesh suddenly sprung out of his chest. He now had the breasts of an overweight, middle-aged woman. Just as it had happened to his father, Alan now felt his male genitalia shrivel up and get swallowed into the folds of body, becoming the new parts of his vagina and uterus. Stretch marks from the “pregnancies” he'd gone through now appeared across his belly. Alan was now physically the person he would've been if he were a fat, frumpy, middle-aged housewife.
Finally, Alan's mom Janet underwent the last transformation. Where her son had gained weight, she magically lost it, becoming trim and muscular. Where her son had gained aged, she gained youth, becoming a teenager again. But she was now an athletic, broad-shouldered, masculine teenager – still standing there in the ridiculous looking clothes of a frumpy, fat mom. Like the others, her face looked vaguely familiar, but Janet had now become physically the person she would've been if she had been a teenage boy.
“Very good!” cackled the old crone. “Oh, I've gotten so bored over the years. It's fun to have visitors to entertain myself with!”
The family, their bodies now completely changed but their clothes still the same, stood transfixed with horror and paralysis over their bizarre new state. The kids had become adults. The adults had become kids. The males had become female. The females had become male. And all, apparently, just for the entertainment of an insane, old witch.
