Now it's time for you to grow fatter

"Now, it's time for you to get fatter! Our youngest staff should be our fattest, after all!" Patty said, as a large tube descended from the ceiling and plopped into Dora's cherubic mouth. It stretched out her mouth almost uncomfortably wide, and began to pump thick, fattening cream into her mouth, which while it tasted absolutely delicious, was fattening her up at an incredibly swift rate.
Dora could do nothing but watch her newborn body swell with fat as she grew larger and larger, spreading across the floor and adding more rolls on top of her already obese body.
Patty watched in glee as Dora grew fatter, her gaining going by much better than she originally had anticipated. Dora would be large enough in no time at all...

Hours pass and Dora is eventually the size of a ________, and Patty decides she's big enough.
