You can only play if you are over 10 or under 5?

"We only allow people over 10 or under 5 participate, anything older or younger respectively aren't allowed." The main judge explained. "Maybe come back in a year or two, kid."
Dora seemed perplexed by this rule, "Really? Under 5 or over 10, why are you not including six to nine?"
"For the joke, mostly." The judge snickered, which made the other judges chuckle immaturely as well.
Dora was a bit steamed, she didn't even understand the joke. She just stormed off, determined to find a way to participate in this challenge. She wasn't going to be laughed at by a bunch of stupid adults, she would go and find something that made her young enough to participate in the contest!

So she was off, searching all through the town on a hunt for any type of solution to her problem. She could try and increase her height to seem older, get a fake ID, do all manner of things to trick the people. But it all changed when she found...
