Retsuko refuses to leave and continues eating.

As one of the workers was going to try to kick poor Retsuko out of the buffet, she looked right at the worker himself as her facial expression showed that she was now in rage mode and everyone who knows Retsuko well enough knows that enraged facial expression of hers can mean only two things she's going to sing a death metal tune as she's also prone to clobbering anyone she sees as her enemy as she'll also send her opponents flying into the air.

At that moment the worker immediately backed off as he retreated to the buffet's kitchen as Retsuko sang a death metal tune about devouring every kind of food in sight as her belly not only continued to grow bigger but she also started to become larger than a building as there was no more food at the buffet for Retsuko to eat as her death metal tune reached its conclusion.

Retsuko then got up as she stomped her way over to the all you can eat buffet's doors as she smashed her way through the building's front doors as Retsuko was now larger than a building as her hunger increased 100 fold as her appetite increased as she was now on the loose in downtown Tokyo city.
