The principle calls her into her office

Roya nervously entered the principle's office. "Y-you wanted to s-see me?" The principle, Karina, stood. She was a tough, big breasted woman who was never a fan of hers. Roya had pleaded to get herself hired on the promise that she'd be a good teacher.
Karina pointed at her desk. "Bend over!" Roya squeaked and obeyed. Karina walked around her desk and pinned her down with one arm. "When you first came into my office I thought you were a weak, pathetic and spineless woman. But I hired you because you said you could handle your class. But you lied to me didn't you?"
Roya gulped. "P-please Mrs. Ivanov I promise I'll- Owww!" She squealed as the woman began spanking her. She squirmed and wiggled but couldn't escape with the principle's arm pinning her down. "Oh! Please, I'll d-do better!"
"Stop your stuttering!" Karina spanked her harder. "I expect my teachers to be humiliated sometimes, but I've never seen one as pathetic as you! It's all your students even learn about in your class! Nerdology I believe they call it? Where the only homework is to humiliate the English teacher." Roya kept pathetically squealing.
"M-mrs. I-Ivanov." Roya whimpered. Her bottom felt like it was on fire. Karina grabbed Roya's panties with her other hand and yanked it up to her head. "Now I'm hearing about a new play that's being put on. About a High School loser who becomes an English teacher! Care to explain?"
Roya yelped and cried. "I'm sorry Mrs. Ivanov!" Karina pulled the legholes of Roya's panties over her shoulders. But the spanking finally stopped. Karina left Roya blubbering over her desk while she sat down. "Humiliation is expected but a teacher must keep order. I can't have an entire class ignoring their work because their teacher is a wimp with no backbone."
Roya fell to her knees. "Please d-don't f-fire me Mrs. Ivanov! I promise I'll fix this." She shivered at Karina's smile. "I won't fire you when I can make an example out of you. If you don't get your class under control before this play of yours, I'll hire a new English teacher, and you'll teach a new class, Nerdology 101." Roya gulped. "Am I understood?"
Roya nodded. "Yes Mrs. Ivanov!"

Roya groaned. She was really in for it now. If she couldn't get a handle on her class she'd be the official teacher of Nerdology. Then she'd never dig herself out of this terrible hole. She tried to work up courage. "I studied for six years. I can handle a few students!"
"Hey teach." What little courage she had disappeared. Roya bit her lip. "H-hello, Sandra. Shouldn't you be in class?"
Sandra smiled. "It got boring. Other teachers aren't as entertaining as you. I'm glad I ran into you, I need some advice for our play." Roya knew she'd have to stand up to her sooner or later. But was now the right time? Maybe she could put it off?
