Master Roshi, fresh off his near death in the Tournament of power, returned to where Goku and Krillin began their training all those years ago, when he threw a rock into the distance for them to bring back. The Turtle Hermit went to the spot where he believed his stone would have fallen, only to see a strange green glowing under the leaves of the forest floor.
"Eh, what do we have here?" He asked allowed as he brushed the leaves aside to see an odd glowing stone.
As he reached down for it, Roshi felt as if the stone was speaking to him. It told him it was a wishing stone and that itcould grant him any wish his heart desired. And unlike the Dragon Balls this wish has no limits.
Upon hearing this, the old master's demeanor changed. He blushed and his mouth formed a goofy, open grin. 'Eh hehe. Jackpot, Baby!"
He had been around the block enough to know that this was the real deal, and with that he made his first wish.
Option A: All men on Earth besides himself were replaced with gorgeous women from other universes
Option B: He had a scroll that could control any woman. Whatever he writes about them becomes true.
