"Huh, so apparently this thing increases one's potential? That guy at the market better not sold me a fake." Naruto said with some doubt in his tone, there's no way a object can do such a thing, unless it was cursed, that'd be a hoot.
But unbeknownst to Naruto, that was exactly the case as it was known to be made for the user to grow in size, based on how much chakra the victim has, and then left at that size, the more chakra gained the more they would grow, most wouldn't get until 20ft tall or so, but for Naruto, the amount of chakra would take time for his full size to be realized.
Taking off his boxers and putting it on, the village fate was sealed so to speak...
