The Dragon herself, the OG Queen of Darkness

1) When Regina helps to return Mal's fire to her, something goes a little wrong, when she tries to turn into a dragon she gets something that kind of counts. Human but with a dragon's tail, claws, wings and horns, also she's now giant
2) After Rumple brings her back to life, Mal in her anger decides to just wreck the town, poofing out of the mines into the forest, where she grows to massive size and walks into the now model city to her.
