Wow there it was "the device" looking closely it was just a ring with an inscription on the inner surface "the ultimate dispenser"

Your visual inspection had not reveal how the devise worked.

You turned the ring and placed it on your index finger on your right hand, and turned it to face upward.

As stared at the smooth green stone on the front of the ring you are hit by a flash of green light.

Your brain is filled with "Important Information", a list of instructions describing how the ring works.
