Steele targets a city

A portal appears in a forest, much taller than the trees. Out pops Steele a black and white cocky husky dog, Steele takes notice of two things. One, it is significantly warmer than he was used to and two, he was larger than before as well. Taking in the sights he noticed something off to the east, it was unclear what until he got closer upon further inspection it was a small city with lots of skyscrapers within it. A sly grin formed on his muzzle, It was perfect for his first target...
