Leave via Land through Cloudfield (Yordle choice)

(Switching to First Perspective View)

I wanted to reach Piltover as fast as possible, as it was the closest level to the technological society I lived in before. I can’t continue living like this. There was no television, smartphones, or PCs where I could play League of Legends. Suum could see my thoughts but couldn’t see the specifics, like something was clouding his vision against the knowledge of my world. I wanted to go to Piltover, for goodness sake! Maybe they have comfortable bathrooms over there, as opposed to shitting on a hole or a ditch, as I’ve been doing these past few weeks. However, Suum warned me about the dangers of stopping in Nashramae. That place has stupid Ascendeds and Darkins that aren’t as kind as Suum. It’d be dangerous to meet them without proper knowledge. And besides, the fields of Nockmirch are tame when comparing them to Shurima. You have bandits, gray wolves, harpies, and the fucking scarecrow that killed three caravan mercenaries my current host’s family hired. At least it wasn’t the Xer’sai, Suum would say.

And speaking of my current host, I’m the 15-year-old son of a wealthy wandering merchant. We’re going to the Immortal Bastion at Noxus to sell our weaponry. Life as Drekan Caldwell was going well so far. I’d prefer someone older, but this boy has the fewest responsibilities in this Caravan. I don’t need to stand guard from dusk until dawn and have my throat slit by bandits or dragged to the forest by spirits. I am glad I wasn’t a laborer or servant that answered my every beck and call. My only duties were waking up whenever I felt like it, learning simple arithmetics, eating, and practicing swordsmanship from a Shuriman sword wielder. It was fun learning all this stuff. It’d be more fun if I could bust the balls of my current body. I’m experiencing puberty all over again, and I’m fucking horny all the time. I don’t have anywhere to jerk off since I share my moving quarters with my father and brothers. I can’t accompany the guards toward the promiscuous districts of the towns and kingdoms we stopped in. It’s torture, and I was always close to possessing someone else’s body just to contain it.

Halfway through Noxus, we were accompanied by four short furry creatures known as Yordles. And it wasn’t just any Yordles; it was Teemo, Tristana, Poppy, and Corki. They looked so cute up close, although the others in the caravan paid them no mind.

“Tristana, why didn’t we teleport closer to him? Walking is exhausting, Poppy groaned.

“You know how Veigar is. He must have placed a thousand hexes around his castle to prevent the Bandle Tree from forming teleportation branches there.” Tristana said. She walked in front of the group while carrying her comically large cannon, Boomer.

“I could’ve brought my ‘copter,” Corki said.

“You would’ve if you didn’t crash it again in Piltover,” Teemo snickered.

I kept my distance as they were talking. I could feel my gauntlet groan as the Yordles conversed amongst themselves. “Ugh… Yordles. I hoped their existence would’ve been wiped from Runeterra by the time I woke up.”

“Why? They looked so cute. What’s everyone’s deal with them?”

“They’re annoying. That’s what they are! They steal stuff, play tricks on you, and worse – you can’t kill them. My brother Aatrox loathed immortality, but these cretins used it to make everyone else’s lives miserable. I’d advise you to stray away from them.”

“Didn’t you hear? They can use the Bandle Tree to teleport anywhere. We can be in Piltover in a day!”

“This is the only time I’ll beg from you. Please, for the love of all things sane, don’t you dare use my powers to possess one of those rodents!”

Did I use my powers to possess one of the Yordles, or did I continue traveling to Noxus as Drekan Caldwell?

You have the following choices:

1. Possess one of the Yordles

*Noteb*
2. Continue as Drekan Caldwell

*Noteb* indicates the next chapter needs to be written.
