It was a peaceful day for mt. Lady as she patrolled the streets of the city, she was in really high spirits thanks to something she had to do something on that day.
Unknown to her was that a group of female villains had a plan to destroy her. This group consisted of villains jealous of her looks or that had been previously foiled by the giant hero. Their plan however was quite interesting as they purchased a weird drug in the black market said to reverse and alter the usage of a quirk, in other words, as soon as they manage to apply the drug on her it was bye bye mt lady and hello dolly girl.
It was time, they decided to start rampaging the streets (which they already knew) mt was supposed to patrol in order to confront her. Easy enough, soon mt lady appeared already gigantic to face them "stop right there, Ladies" she stepped in the middle of the group of 4 ready to engage in a fight "Hey i know you gals,i beaten all of you before haven't i?" Mt lady said acting as if she had meet old friends on the mall instead of treating them like serious threats "yes, you big bitch, and this is gonna be our revenge" the leader of the group yelled "you can try.
Once the fight started the small group was utterly defeated by the giant blonde, she restrained the 4 members, stomped on 1 to immobilized her, grabbed 2 of the member in her tightening fists and the leader was humiliated by being sat on, but this was a big mistake from mt lady's part, while trapped by the waist down she grabbed the drug and injected it to mt lady's ass. The hero felt the sting and got mad "hey, keep quiet down there"she commanded "this cant be, you were supposed to-" and then moved to engulf the small villain in her butt. After that the police arrived and captured the group while mt lady decided to go to her appointment without knowing she was going to shrink later that day, she was going to....

An interview in tv, she will shrink in her backstage with the other hero being interviewed along with her, midnight.

A lecture in UA about being a great female hero, she will shrink in a classroom and can be found by any of the students of the show.

A secret mission, she will shrink during a important mission and can be found by any of the villains (preferred if they are female) of the show.
