Option one, Ben gets new alien that feeds on kissing women. So it gives a near uncontrollable desire to kiss every female her know. That includes his mother and cousins Gwen.

Option two, Gwen doing a magical ritual, something goes wrong. Now anyone who is near her, will have a strong desire to kiss her ( even her mother).
