Matt Johnson. A 20 year old accounting student with a life so dull it made watching paint dry sound exhilerating. He was content enough, but something deep inside him wanted more. When he came across the app he saw it as the perfect way to add some much needed spice to his life. He just hopes that whoever he ends up with mirrors his own calm and collected nature.
Chadwick Tenneville. A 24 year old construction worker and by his own description a 'raging sex bomb'. He's never been in a relation that lasted more than a month and he's never looked at a woman as anything other than some nights of hot sex before moving on. Most of his friends call him Chad and though they won't tell him, he can tell by their faces that they're definitely jealous of his precocious lifestyle. All these rumors that everyone considered him to be a massive douchebag were probably just that, rumors. But after years of chasing after human girls he began to get a little bored with it. He wanted something new and exciting and that's when he stumbled upon this app. He couldn't wait to show these monster girls what they've been missing out on all these years.
Carl Hessen. A 19 year old blogger and self-styled 'debunker'. He travels all over the country to research the science and hoaxes behind local myths and legends. He had a shot of popularity when he revealed the sightings of a local town ghoul to just be someone in a suit. Since then he's chased more stories than he can count, but nothing managed to rake in the views of that big scoop. Now he's come across this Monstr app and he was eager to blow the lid of this one. A dating app for monsters? There was no doubt in his mind this was all an elaborate prank. He'd invite one of these 'monsters' for a date and carefully record him unmasking them. This would get him the fame he always desired.
You. It's you. You're mildly jealous of all these other guys getting to date monsters and you want in on the action. Hopefully you don't find yourself in over your head.
