It had been a day since he met Jessica in the swamp. Slim still struggled to parse exactly what happened and why. For some reason this strange woman didn't turn and run when she looked at his ugly mug. Instead she cautiously introduced herself and only asked he not to eat her straight away. He'd chuckled and explained he only eats hikers that attack him... and maybe the ones he catches littering in his swamp. Before he knew it both of them were sitting on a nearby log, talking about their lives for hours.
By her suggestion he downloaded the Monstr app and made a profile. He was shocked to find that Jessica was far from the only human out there who wasn't just unafraid of monsters like him, they were eager to meet up. Though some of them did seem to have some really weird interests. He began to swipe through the available options and before long he had several potential dates lined up.
