It was another busy day in Konoha, papers to sign, people milling about below the Hokage's estate, papers to sign, esteemed guests paying their respects, papers to sign, papers to sign, and more damn papers to sign. At least this upcoming weekend was going to be one of the Hokage's, few afforded, weekends where his time was his own. At least it would have been if Naruto, even outside the office, wasn't such a hot property. This weekend his callers were many starting Boruto who undoubtedly just missed his dad, no matter what he said, Kiba who, as ever, wanted to go out drinking, Shikamaru who, damn him, still wanted to go over some kind of business, and Konohamaru who, in spite of himself, still just liked to hang around Naruto like when they were younger.
Wiping the stress from his eyes Naruto stood from his desk, glad to simply be free of the confines of his stuffy office. Hanging his Hokage's robe at the door, Naruto's decision on how to spend his weekend was apparently made for him as the door opened to reveal...
