Rocky suddenly found himself no longer in his living room but in what appeared to be the backstage set of the show within a show, Tool Time. "Your ready for today's taping, Tim?" A voice asked from his side making him turn to look at Heidi Keppert the "Tool girl for Tool Time as well as the bit of eye candy for the series.
Since she was looking right at him and no one else answer her, Rocky could only assume that whatever happened to him also made those around him see him as Tim "The Toolman" Taylor. "Um sure, I am looking forward to it," Rocky lied. For if he had really become Tim Taylor he was more than likely get hurt during the episode, though he believed he had more common sense than the character of Tim so maybe it would not be soo bad.
"I still can't believe Bud approved of my idea for a Tool Time geared to our female viewers since Al is on vacation. I guess he did not want you to hurt yourself too bad without Al to help out," Heidi said giving him a playful punch in the shoulder making, Rocky wince a little at how strong the blow was.
Evidently, since Al was on vacation and it was Heidi's idea she was his co-host for the day leading to a voiceover to summon them to the stage. Rocky understood this since in the show he now found himself in, it had been Heidi's job to summon Tim and Al. Something she could not do as the co-host.
Heidi did go out first as Rocky took some time to psych himself up a little since he was not used to performing in front of an audience of any size. When Tim's name was called, however, it was like his body worked on autopilot as he walked onto the stage taking off his jacket and hearing it to Heidi to hang up like Al normally did. "Hello everyone and welcome to Tool Time I am your host Tim "The Toolman" Taylor," Rocky said finding it easier than he thought as he faced the cowed.
Recalling from watching Home Improvement growing up and getting some glimpses of the crowd, he saw that just like the episode where Tim had the bright idea to show how to perform simpler household maintenance the entire audience was women. Well apart from two men in the front row, which Rocky took as an Easter Egg or reference to the episode dealing wth Tim and Jill seeing scenes of their possible future. In Tim's dream of the future, there had only been two males in the audience saying they only came because it was part of their routine.
"Today's episode was the brainchild of our wonderful Toolgirl herself, Heidi Keppert, so let's all give her a round of applause," Rocky said not staying in Tim's normal character earning him a confused look from Heidie as the crowd applauded her. Rocky had only said this because he had actually no idea what was planned for the show,. And there was no help from the filing equipment since there were no prompters to feed him lines or anything. "As it was Heidi's idea I think it is only fair that she brings out our first Binford tool and describes our project for the day."
"Um, thank you, Tim," Heidi said still sounding a little confused while she reached under the desk and pulled out a large item. Rocky had to shake his head thinking he was not seeing things properly for it looked like she had pulled out a massive blue DIldo with Binford stamped on the side. "We don't really have a project lined up for today's show but those at Binford Tools thought we could use this time to have a showcase of some personal home equipment for our ladies and gentleboys today," Rocky was now the one confused when she said gentleboys rather than gentlemen.
"When we got the approval for today's show to air it the broadcasting companies have moved it to be shown late at night and given a higher rating than we normally have," Heidi explained as she began to pull out other lBinford-marked DIldoes from under the desk and place them from largest to smallest on the workbench. "This is are a new line of Binford Bedroom Tools known as Unclogers," Heidi said making most of the women in the audience laugh a little, also due to the two men being seated in the front row, Rocky saw there were some bulges in their pants.
"When we were planning out this episode Tim, even volunteered to show everyone how they all perform," Heidi said making the audience applaud. Rocky felt as if he was going to be asked to use the Binford Dildos on here in front of the whole studio audience and what Jill would think if he did.
