Takes the hot neighbor next door to the next level

[Author's note: I'm gonna do something different here as opposed to just a bunch of choice chapters.]

You are Toin Deguchi and you are about to do something crazy. To make a very long story short and simple, you are an eighteen going on nineteen-year-old ex-villain staying at an apartment complex owned by the landlord aka your father. Who is a cranky as hell cheapskate who hasn't given up on you and trying help get your life back on track.

Something you are deeply thankful for.

For some beyond strange coincidence, your next-door neighbor is the very hero who caught you during you staging a robbery against a connivance store. You rarely see her during your tasks as the apartment's janitor, let alone strike a proper conversation with her...as human beings. Not as heroes or villains. And one of the biggest reasons why you are at her door is because...you developed one hell of crush and you want to ask her out!!
