Princess Celestia's reign over Equestria was over with Twilight Sparkle expected to take her place.
The new princess only had a few months to learn the ins and outs of her position, mainly the importance of friendship, magic and unity. But she certainly wasn't alone in this task... the other five members of the Mane Six were there for her every step of the way! And they all played their part in making sure that Princess Celestia would be remembered as one of the greatest rulers ever known to ponykind.
A few days have passed since the coronation and you were finally able to relax after your long day at work as one of Twilight's new royal guards. You've just returned from patrolling the castle walls when Twilight calls out to you.
"Hey!" the purple alicorn says your name happily while running up to you, then gives you a hug before letting go. It feels nice to server under somepony who cares about you so much. After being hugged by Twilight, you feel like giving back some affection and pull her into an embrace. As usual, Twilight is very soft against you. Even though you are still wearing your uniform it doesn't seem to bother her at all. In fact, it seems to make her even more excited than normal. When you let her go again, Twilight smiles and winks at you before she runs off down the hallway towards the Great Hall of her castle.
Now that you were off your shift, you really wanted to see Twilight so you follow back into the castle to find her...
