The collector dropped Chloe's head as the head rolled on the ground but was at least hidden. The headless lady ran just to get back the heads that she has gathered for many years and won't lose them now! Chloe knows that the collector is a risk taker, but she didn't have to drop her like that.

"I do hope she succeeds," Chloe said, "It's kind of lonely here."

Everyone had their eyes on the collector as she charges at the cops and all for her heads. She used magic to blast them away and try to get all the heads that she can. Eventually...
