Now that Michael had figured out a way to take possession of a girl like Tracy, such a cute, hot 18-year-old with an athletic body, a great figure, brown eyes and gorgeous long, straight dark hair, he realized that Tracy needed to work out in order to maintain her great figure. She had to be in the gym every day, which meant that now that Michael possessed her body, he had to make her lift weights in the gym as well. So, he made Tracy go to her house, change into some gym leggings, a nice Spandex top, grab her gym bag and head off to the gym!
Once she arrived, she checked in and walked straight towards the locker room. She changed and wandered towards the free weights, where she did some exercises using the dumbbells and the barbells using the large smith machines. She started with few weights, gradually progressing with more weights by adding more plates to the bar.
Finally, she headed towards the cable towers where she grabbed two handlebars attached to steel cables. These pulled a stack of steel plates, and she gradually added more plates to each cable. She worked the cables until her arms were burning from the repeated sets and reps, as she felt her muscles growing.
She ended her workout with an hour-long run on the treadmill, jogging lightly and then picking up the speed so that she was going as fast as she could. She finished off with a nice, short session on the hydromassage bed, which was great for relaxing her sore, aching muscles. A nice shower in the locker room did her a lot of good before she changed into a nice top and her jeans. She flexed her arm, and she was satisfied. She had some muscle! Her arms bulged and her abdominal muscles were well-defined. She began to get really buff for a young girl!
“Time to say hi to Timmy…” she grinned, as she walked out the gym and headed back to Tim’s place. This time, she was slightly bigger, better, and stronger. She had gained some height, some muscle, and some strength. Tim would notice this for sure. How would he react?
Michael was loving this. His plan was to eventually make Tracy as big as possible, until she would eventually outgrow Tim. She was not there yet, but she was on her way towards that goal. Would Tim see what was happening?
