Eric can hear the beeping of medical equipment as he starts waking up. He does pause, though, from confusion towards his surroundings. Wasn't he hear for an ordinary check-up? Did he almost die somehow?

"Congratulations, Mr. Bailey," a voice that Eric can only conclude being that of his doctor exclaims. "The operation was a success."

"What do you mea-?" Eric's voice is much more feminine than he recalls it being. He checks on himself and sees that he has somehow become a ___.
