Ladies and gentlemen, I present to you the 99th chapter of Trait Theft 2.
Honestly speaking, I’ve no idea why I created this interactive in the first place. Originally I’d always had the idea to age up the characters and write out a little epilogue for each (significant) one, just to show you readers how they’d ended up post swapping shenanigans and whatnot. Then I realised that would make no sense, considering the interactive structure allows near unlimited alternate timelines and storylines to follow, making it nigh impossible to streamline them all into one satisfactory conclusion for you guys and for myself.
Alas, I made it anyways. Perhaps a little too prematurely in my mind, there was still a lot of potential—and still is—in my first interactive, Trait Theft (1). A few more months to wrap up a few arcs would’ve done wonders but hindsight is always 20/20.
Nonetheless it’s been amazing to write this for you guys.
It’s been a long journey, countless of hours of blood, sweat and toiling to get to this position and I’m so grateful for those that have helped me get to here. Thank you to all the people who’ve submitted terrific chapters, thank you to those who’ve written chapters that were decent but had the obvious passion to keep writing them, thank you to those who popped up from time to time in my inbox to provide encouraging words or even check in on me.

In fact, I’m so grateful for each and every one of you, readers and writers alike. Without you I wouldn’t have motivation to at least put some substance between the smut I write. Not to mention I wouldn’t still be doing this at all without you readers. Even if I see 8 people have read a chapter, my heart lights up and I can’t help but smile.

And to you who are wondering why I’m writing this or even why I’m writing it for the 99th instead of the 100th, my honest answer is I don’t really know.
This is NOT the end, at least not for now. I still have plans set in motion, obligations that need to finished in their entirety so don’t you worry. For better or for worse I’m staying right here.
