Original setting

The world is getting fat rapidly, and there seems to be no reason or cure yet. As the government tries to suppress the knowledge of the anomaly to avoid panic, the obesity outbreak spreads into everyday life.

Where do we start?

A suburban area: Just a typical suburban area with neat little houses, low crime and picture-perfect families. How will the outbreak effect things here?

An urban area: Lots of people in tightly packed buildings mean that infection spreads quicker. Anarchy is sure to happen ones everyone becomes immobile blobs.

A rural area: Ones the cities have fallen, people retreat to isolated towns to avoid infection, but somehow it manages to spread to them as well.
