The Hag wasn't a good an option as The Entity thought. Sure she took a few bites out of people but It doubted she could handle a whole person inside of her. Now the Huntress, or Anna, she was built to be a predator. She could almost eat some without the Voracious Memento Mori. However, It must think carefully before proceeding.
