He decides to use it when they return to the city

Jake wanted to use the stone but didn't specifically want to use on his birthday, so he waited until he got back home to the crowded and noisy city. Once his birthday party was over and all the festivities were done they started to pack up and head back to the city, Make way up front with his mother in the driver's seat while Maria, Angel, and Blue were in the back. After a couple of hours or so they made it back to the city and Jake was shaking with just controlled excitement and with many questions as well.

Whom should be swap with? Should it be with someone he knows? Would that make their relationship stronger or make it awkward? Should he do it with their consent of without it? Jake didn't know the answers to these questions but he needed to find out soon otherwise he might burst.

As the drive through the city he looked out and saw many potential candidate's but should be do it while being so far from home still or should be just won't it and swap with them?
