"Lindsay?" Heather called, sitting impatiently on her cabin bed, "Beth?"

There was no answer. For some reason, despite being 100% sure she was the most popular, coolest girl in the whole camp, no-one ever seemed to want to spend their free time with Heather. It was most bizarre.

Unless, the reason no-one wished to spend time with her was because of her. But, no, that couldn't be it. Heather was perfect. She was sure of that. Well, she thought she was sure. She was starting to doubt herself. Her eyes moved upwards towards a mirror, where her pristine reflection stared back at her. She'd always thought of it as perfect, but now, she was starting to notice the little flaws. The loose strands of hair, the spot on her cheek, it had all avoided her glance beforehand. Was she.... too vain? It then hit her. Everyone avoided her because they thought she was too vain. And she was! She somehow needed to change this, make everyone realise that she's imperfect too, and she knows she is. But how could she do that?

Her eyes glanced over to a bar of chocolate on the windowsill, and suddenly her stomach rumbled. For so long she had continued to diet, but now, the urge to eat was overcoming her. What could she do?
