Behind those doors was a veritable forest of candy, jawbreakers grew on trees, gummy bears sprouted from stalks, marshmallow mushrooms and the main attraction, a river of chocolate that Mable was quick to point out was exactly like whatever movie she was talking about. The tour guide tore away her drab business suit revealing crushed velvet and bright orange, dazzling at least one of the guests and confusing the other. “Apologies for the deception, I am Wonda and this is the first of many sugary delights that wi-”
“Is Wonda your first name or are you Miss Wonda? And what's up with the chocolate river? That can't be sanitary. I hope you aren't planning on upcharging us for this.” Pacifica stared at her nails unimpressed while delivering this diatribe.
“What a litigious young woman…” Wonda's face froze in a grimace. “Lucky for you this was included in the tour along with anything you may want to sample. But be warned, stay away from the chocolate river the currents run quick” Before she's finished Mable had run off to try the various candies, and Pacifica was trying to get her hyper friend to settle down. Neither of them saw the wicked grin of Wonda. Mable was pulling gummy worms from earth that tasted like Oreo cookies, her cheeks full of marshmallow fluff already, the food was addictive naturally. And she was already shoveling more treats into her mouth.
“Uhg that can't be clean, there's no way the FDA certified this junk” Pacifica inspected a tree that grew little hard candy fruits. “How long did this take to make anyway”
“Come on Paz live a little!” Mable pointed out the chocolate river.
