Kay pouted more.
"Mom made me wear the metal belt." She said.
Kay pulled down the front of her diaper, revealing a second smaller diaper layered underneath her first one, which explained why she was diapered so thick she couldn't walk. On the smaller inner diaper was a metal chastity belt locked around her butt and genitals, preventing the girl from feeling any real sexual pleasure. Sexual denial was a common punishment for diapered teens. You frowned. You felt like your reward for being a good boy was lost now. A big part of your motivation for good behavior was that you and Kay got to have awkward parentally supervised sex.
