The villain descended into the world of Fallout 4, the only game in the franchise he really knew anything about. He saw Nora, the female protagonist, and smirked as he looked her over, blatantly ogling her. Fortunately, neither her nor her husband were watching him. He strolled along, dressed appropriately for the setting, looking for someone to steal a vault spot from.
He found a grumpy man reading a newspaper on his porch. "I hope the bombs do fall," he muttered. "Kill off the job-stealing-" he proceeded to use derogatory words for people of African descent, of Mexican descent, and homosexuals. The villain, being non-bigoted (despite what his desire and ability to seduce lesbians would suggest), felt a brief pulse of anger before going over to the man's house and following him inside.
The man was, unsurprisingly, upset with the intrusion. "Hey! Who the hell are you?" he demanded.
"Your murderer," the villain said. He knelt and drew a line on the ground. As the man ordered him to get out, the line opened into a crack in reality, demons reaching out and grabbing the bigot, dragging him, screaming into Hell. The crack closed, the villain hearing a gasp.
The Vault-Tec salesman was there, staring in horror. The villain smiled. "Running won't save you," he said.
"P-Please..." he stammered. "I don't want to die..."
"Sell me a vault spot and I won't kill you," the villain said.
"Y-Yes sir!" the salesman said, taking out his clipboard. "I j-just need some information..."
The villain calmly gave some fake details. "T-Thank you, sir!" the salesman said. "I'll j-just be on my way..."
The villain sighed, taking pity on the salesman. "Wait," he said.
"Y-You said you wouldn't-" the salesman started.
"I'm not," the villain said, gesturing. He cast a spell on the house, the foundation visibly shifting, a big red button appearing on one side of the room. "They won't let you in the Vault when the bombs start dropping not too long from now." The villain ignored the gasp of horror from the man, and continued. "Once things start going to hell, come here and press this button. It will lower the house underground and start a cryonics procedure that will preserve you and everything else in the house for one thousand years. I suggest finding a place to sit down or lay down quickly."
"...Why wouldn't they let me in? I'm Vault-Tec," the salesman said.
"Because the Vaults aren't meant to preserve life," the villain said.
"Who are you?" the salesman said after a long, vaguely horrified pause.
The villain grinned savagely. "A plot twist," he said. "Now. You have one more sale to make." He pointed to Nate and Nora's house. "Its very important that they DO get into the Vault."
"But you said-" the salesman started. He saw the villain's eyes glow, and he gulped. "R-Right. I'm off..."
The villain chuckled as the frightened salesman ran off. He then went to get something to eat and wait. And ogle the female neighbors.
