The Uzumaki household held a secret. A very weird, but otherwise adorable secret. Naruto, the Hokage, lives to be diapered and babied. This love to be babied came from his desire to have a childhood. Caring for his kids with Hinata made him realize that he was missing something in his life. And it was being cared for as a kid. Being babied and cared for by someone who genuinely loved him. Now, he could’ve told Hinata about his desire, but he was scared of the rejection or the criticism he would earn from his wife. Boruto was not someone he would indulge his secret with, so he decided to indulge it with his daughter. A kindred and wonderful young girl with a loving and kind spirit, she understood her father. It wasn’t because she knew her father’s pain, but she couldn’t imagine herself living the life that Naruto lived as a boy. After all, he did recant the stories of his hard and awful life as a kid to his children sometimes, but only the ones safe for their innocent ears.
Himawari and Naruto began to be “Mommy and Baby” behind closed doors, or when Hinata and Boruto were nowhere to be found. Currently, Himawari was playing House with Naruto, who was clad in thick diaper with green Leaf Village insignia all over the diaper. He was also sucking a plain, white pacifier and was wearing blue booties and mittens. He was being cradled by Himawari, who was feeding him a bottle of formula.
“Good baby~ You’re being so good for me today~ Maybe if you finish all your milky, mommy will give you a surprise!” Himawari exclaimed happily at her ‘baby’, who was greedily suckling the contents of the bottle. It wasn’t long before Naruto finished his bottle but, he was now sporting a....
