Rene, a succubus and the head cheerleader

All things considered, going to Rene for help was the absolute worst thing James could do. Except do nothing and get eaten. That was the absolute worst choice James could make. Going to Rene was better than getting eaten, but not by much.

Rene was sitting at the cheerleaders' table, holding court. Rene bore a remarkable resemblance to Megan Fox in the first Transformer movie, except Rene had bigger boobs, longer hair and no man thumbs.

Rene looked so human (yes, a very hot human, but still human) that sometimes other monsters forgot Rene wasn't human. And every monster that acted on that lapse of memory immediately regretted it.

James stood near the cheerleaders' table, trying to catch Rene's attention. She pointedly ignored James for a few minutes, just to make him sweat. Finally, she laughed, gave him a sultry smile and stood up. "Later ladies. Someone wants to make a deal."

The other cheerleaders laughed as they filed out of the cafeteria, one or two of them giving James giggling "good lucks" as they passed him.

Once the cheerleaders were gone, Rene turned to James. "So what do you want, lover?"

"If I wanted to make a deal with you," James began, "How would that work?"

"Depends on the deal," Rene answered. "If it was something big, the price would be your body in this world and/or your soul in the next. If it was something small, well, I'd probably knee you in the balls for wasting my time. So what did you have in mind, lover?"

James paused before replying
