Cindy drank a sip of a unlabeled potion, she then felt a tingle.

"How do you feel?" You asked

"I feel like something is growing between my breasts." She replied.

"WHAT!" Seeing your curiosity, Cindy pull her top off. Sure enough, you see something growing in her chest. It was a third nipple. You and Cindy continue to watch the bump slowly develop into a third breast. The latter getting aroused during the process.

"Woah, I got a third boob, that's freaky." Cindy said, holding it in her hand

"Of course it is. Is this even reversible? There must be a label somewhere." You said

While you search for a label, Cindy plays with her extra boob. Mostly fondling it and moving her row of three back and forth like a pendulum.
