Cindy's breathing started becoming more labored, and she wrapped her arms around her chest. You take a closer look at her, and her shirts seems to be more stretched out. Then you hear something tear, and it came from Cindy. she unwrapped her arms and revealed that her shirt had been ripped down the middle, revealing a cleavage that was much larger than her already large bosom.

"Woah," Cindy says as she cups her new assets, "Awesome!"

"Awesome?" you repeat.

"Yeah, awesome! I got a free boob job! My girls must be at least an FF cup now." Cindy continued to grope her new breasts, which you had to admit, was turning you on a bit.

As you both kept looking at Cindy's breast, something else happens.
