After calling and explaining the situation, Alex wasted no time before inviting you over to her apartment to test it out. You both decided to meet at Alex's apartment since she lived alone and any unintended consequences could be private. After she invites you in, you both take a seat in the living room, you take the recliner and she takes the sofa. You were both dressed pretty casually, you both wearing tank tops, you in a pair of dark blue jeans, and Alex only wearing her panties, but neither of you minded since you were friends with each other for so long.
"So," Alex starts off, "How does this power of yours work again?"
"From what I could tell," you say, "I think we just need to make a wager or something? And whatever we wager could potentially change reality or something like that."
"That's pretty vague."
"Yeah," you agree.
"So, how do we test it? Can we bet over anything?"
"I don't know."
Alex reaches her hand in between the sofa cushions and manages to pull out a dime. "Would a coin flip work?" she asks.
"Sure, it's better than nothing."
"Alrighty, call it."
"Heads," you call, "Wait, but what are the stakes?"
"Hmm... How about you become a woman if I win?"
"What?!" you yell.
"Come on," she says, "It's just a test. Besides, if it works, you don't change. If it does work, you become a girl but can change back over another coin flip."
"Ugh, fine," you say reluctantly, "But if I win you become a guy."
