After an hour or two of reading the training guide, Lucy was hard at work on her computer...for about 10 minutes.
"Oh god..." she groaned, her eyes looking droopy as it felt like she had been doing this for hours on end. "Why did I agree to this boring job?" she moaned.
Lucy looked to the clock and saw that it was about 2 in the afternoon. "Hmm..its about 3 hours till I get off from this long job. Maybe if I just look busy and not actually do anything, I can make it through the rest of this boring day." she said.
And so that is what she did...though this plan worked too well. As she had already been dozing since the morning she ran in, she had soon dozed off right at her desk, surprisingly without a single person noticing. It wasn't until later that evening that she awoke right at her desk.
"Huh? Whoa...I must have dozed off. But its only..." she said before looking at the clock. "7:34 PM?! Damn..." she said as she got out of her chair. "I should really get out of here." she said getting ready to head out.
