Rodney Rodgers aka Raging_Roller69 was at a gaming convention as he was looking up tips to get into competitive streaming world.
Rodney was a 25 guy who mostly just played games all day. He got really good at several shooters and battle royal and team based games over the years and eventually he decided to get into the streaming world to see if he could make a living at it.
The problem Rodney faced was by the time he got into the streaming world it had already been popularized and filled with tons of other people most of which were far better at promoting themselves.
Rodney’s problem wasn’t his lack of gaming skills, it was his lack of interesting personality. He wasn’t overly funny, or interesting in a way that attracted new viewers. He was just....some guy on the internet playing games.
He had come to this gaming convention to study from the pros and look for a way to increase his views. However so far the day proven well...less then useful. Nobody wanted to answer his questions and lines were so long he could get any one on one time with any of the big names.
Several hours later Rodney was was sitting at the food court alone at his table feeling defeated and alone. He wanted to know how to get the fame and attention he desired.
“Hey...you’re Double R right?” A female voice suddenly said above him.
Double R or “RR” as he went by on stream was a name on his few viewers ever Called him.
Rodney looked up as he was a bit shocked. Standing in front of him was an incredibly sexy girl. She was dressed in full cosplay it seemed currently dressed as Tifa from the Final Fantasy 7 Remake.
“Oh...wow...you have seen my stream?” Rodney said a bit surprised.
“Yeah I’ve caught it a few times. You definitely have skills but your jokes kinda fall flat for me.” The girl said with a small laugh.
“Oh...yeah...still working on getting my grove together. Do you have a stream?” Rodney asked back to her.
“Well...yes and no. I do stream but not games...I’m on a different website.” She said hanging him a card.
The business card said “SailorGurlxxx” with a website below it. “Sexycamgurlz.com”
Rodney knew the site. He was a bit ashamed but he had gone there in the past. It was a very well know can girl site where sexy girls undress in front of cameras, talk to their fans naked, dress up in sexy cosplay, or some even do sexual things like masturbate on camera for money.
“Oh...Uhh...you do Cam girl stuff?” Rodney said a bit embarrassed.
“Yeah...so?” The girl said back to him.
“I’m sorry...it’s just...that stuff is kinda degrading isn’t it? I’m looking to make it in the gaming world.” Rodney replied a little condescending.
“Oh really? You know lots of can girls play games right? We just get paid more from our fans cause we aren’t censoring ourselves like those big sites do. I made more this last year than most big name streamers did.” The girl said proudly.
“Well...that’s awesome for you...I just...well don’t have big tits and long hair so that’s not gonna help me much.” Rodney said in kind of a jerk tone.
“Well maybe you don’t have the right mindset. Here take this. It’s my personal good luck charm I use on my streams. Put it on your PC for your next stream and I’m sure it will bring about a nice change in your life.” She said with a smile.
The girl took out a sexy little doll. It looked like an anime figure or something. It was dressed in tiny little booth shorts and a tight tank top.
“Thanks.” Rodney said taking it just to be nice. He shrugged it off tossing the doll in his bag as the girl waved and left.
