Ginyu in frog's body somehow appears on earth. This time he come with a better plan and some new skills he have learned while being a frog.
When he saw Bulma, he start making some weird noise to catch her attention then he write "CHANGE NOW" on the ground.
Bulma read that line then the body finished, Ginyu has stolen Bulma's body.
What will happen to Bulma?
