"Let's play truth or dare!" You say to Vicky.

"Alright, but we should have some rules. One, if you don't do a dare or tell the truth, then you must be punished with a punishment of the other persons choice. For the second rule. If you take longer than 30 seconds to decide truth or dare. Then the other player gets to decide for you. If those sound good, then let's play!" Vicky says sounding exited to play

You say. "Ya those sound good Vicky. Now, truth or dare?"
