You aim the remote at her, hit a bunch of buttons, and then slam the fire button.
The device sparks in your hand, making you drop it with a shock. Before it falls from your hands though, a globe of blue light shines out of it. Almost through every seam on the device. When your vision clears, you're both shrunk on the ground.
All around you the world looks enormous! Towering grass arcs over the pathway leading away from the house, which is absolutely massive in it's own accord. The sidewalk seems to be a mile away. You're not sure just how tiny you are, but it's definitely small.
"What the hell did you do!" your sister yells at you.
"I... don't know! It just shocked me and then bursted with light!"
The two of you look toward the device laying on the path. It looks bad. Is it broken? Either way, at your size there is no way you can get back to full height without help. At least it sure doesn't seem like it.
Nikki shoves you, "Now what are we going to do? If mom and dad get home, we could be crushed out here on the walkway!"
You gasp at that and your sister hits you hard.
"Don't you DARE! This isn't funny. I'm stuck like this too. I don't want to be small! That's your stupid thing. Help me think of something," she complains, pacing back and forth.
